Registration Process for Toddler

1. Call the school at (613) 216-7275 or email us to make an appointment for a personal visit.   Please note that the visit may take up to one hour of your time.  You will be briefly   
   introduced to the Montessori Method, have the opportunity to see our facility, and see the
   children working in the various environments of the school.
   
   
2.  As a follow-up visit, which is optional, you may come for a fifteen-minute observation to see our toddler classroom in action.  Observations are by appointment only.
   
   
3. Once you have chosen to enroll your child at Parkdale Montessori, please submit an application form accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $150.  We encourage you to submit your application form ASAP as available spots are quickly filled and awarded in order of application date.
   
   
4. Once your application form and applicable fee have been received by our school office:

   - If there is a spot available, you will be contacted and asked to provide a $2000 deposit (this deposit goes towards your child's tuition fee and is not refundable under any circumstances).   Due to limited space and waiting list, you must enroll their within 2 days of the acceptance notice to guarantee your child’s placement at Parkdale Montessori.

   - If there is no spot available, your child will be placed on our waiting list based on a first-come-first basis.

5.   Upon receipt of the $2000 deposit, the school office will give you a registration package.

6.   Upon receipt of the registration package, please submit the following to our school office as per the dates indicated in the package:

a ) all documents listed in the registration package
b) all forms contained in the registration package (signed and dated)
c) all post-dated cheques

Please note that all the above listed requirements must be fully met for your child to be considered officially enrolled at our school.
